Yesterday as I opened my most recent statement from my car insurance company, a memo was tucked in the envelope entitled "GOOD NEWS." I was hoping this meant something like they had accidentally charged me too much, and I was going to get a check for $400 or something, but sadly that wasn't the case.
So, the good news?
