So once upon a time we had these youth leaders in junior high that every time we said something negative about ourselves or someone else, we had to give "3 ups". Turns out when you do a whole string of 5 negative comments, it's really hard to think of 15 ups.
Since I always thought their rule was stupid (can you tell?), I' m not going to follow it, but I will give 1 up for each thing mentioned yesterday:
1. I like smiling. Smiling's my favorite.
2. I love new music.
3. I love Wednesdays because it means pizza and Friday Night Lights.
4. I love my family.
5. I love my job(s).
