I don't know how many of you actually know my mom. If you haven't met her, 1. well, it's a shame and 2. you probably should. I happen to think she's pretty funny. Like today, for instance, here is how our phone conversation went:
me: Why should I be the one to stop and buy milk? I don't even drink milk.
Barb: I know you don't, but you should.
me: Mom, if I'm going to get osteoporosis, it has already set in by now.
Barb: That's not funny.
me: I know it's not, but it's the truth.
See? Isn't she funny? :)
PS. I hope she doesn't see this.
